The constitution of the TWO WINGS Network:

the TWO WINGS Association, is composed of honorary members, all Opinion Leaders of public life, who support the concept of Two Wings with their names, activities or resources. The Board of Trustees of the Association whose members are celebrities of business, science and art, has a controlling function and presents the Two Wings Award annually. President: Dr. Gerhard Schweter (Rotenturmstrasse 17, A-1010 Wien, 17).

the TWO WINGS Foundation: its main focus lies in the selection of development projects and the evaluation of the financial support.  Furthermore its concern is to offer education about sustainable development concepts in the Northern hemisphere. The North South Advisory Board of the Two Wings Private Foundation is composed of four members of each the Northern and the Southern hemisphere and decides on the allocation of aid money. Through this procedure it is being guaranteed that development funds will not be requested by the Northern representatives alone – without taking into account the interests of the Southern representatives – but rather the funds will be requested in consensus of the whole Advisory Board. By this, it is guaranteed that projects are being selected that are aligned to the local needs, are well-designed and are being borne by the inhabitants. (Two Wings Privatstiftung, Hafferlstrasse 7, 4020 Linz, Österreich)

the DLA (Development Learning Association), an umbrella organization of development project executing organisations in the Southern hemisphere.

the development projects in Bolivia, Columbia, Guatemala, Zambia, Chad, China, India and Indonesia.
